体外活性

Methyl 5-hydroxypyridine-2-carboxylate在LPS激活的RAW264.7和BV2细胞中抑制NO生成,其IC 50 分别为115.67和118.80 μM [1]。在6.25-200μM浓度范围内,Methyl 5-hydroxypyridine-2-carboxylate不表现出任何细胞毒性作用[1]。
