体内活性

Telratolimod（50μg）联合CpG ODN能有效降低BALB/c小鼠携带的CT26结肠癌细胞的肿瘤体积，并更有效地阻断肿瘤生长。同时，Telratolimod（100μg）加上200μg的CpG ODN能够减缓肿瘤生长并延长携带大肿瘤小鼠的生存期[1]。
