在HeLa细胞中（IC50 =19 nM）,INCB024360对IDO1有显著的抑制效果。在CD4+ T细胞,CD8+ T细胞,和NK细胞中,INCB024360能够促进细胞分化。

体外活性

在具有免疫活性的小鼠模型中,INCB024360能够抑制肿瘤生长.在负荷GM-CSF-分泌型B16肿瘤的小鼠模型中,INCB024360（75 mg/kg b.i.d ）能够以剂量依赖的方式抑制肿瘤生长.
