背景介绍

HOXB1, also named as HOX2I, belongs to the Antp homeobox family and the Labial subfamily. HOXB1 is sequence-specific transcription factor which is part of a developmental regulatory system that provides cells with specific positional identities on the anterior-posterior axis. HOXB1 acts on the anterior body structures. Establishment of the spatial colinearity in the embryo is directly controlled by the Hox genes themselves. 21653-1-AP is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against residues near the N-terminus of human HOXB1.
