体内活性

方法:为研究体内活性,将 L-Glutathione reduced (100 mg/kg) 口服给药给小鼠,并在 30、45 和 60 min 时在血浆中以及在 1 h 后在肝、肾、心脏、肺、脑、小肠和皮肤中测量 GSH 的浓度。 结果:口服 L-Glutathione reduced 给药 30 min 内,血浆中的 GSH 浓度从 30 μM 增加到 75 μM,这与 GSH 从肠腔到血浆的快速流动一致。在这些 GSH 充足的条件下,在相同的时间过程中,除肺外,大多数组织中的 GSH 浓度没有超过对照值。[2]

体外活性

方法:NSCs 细胞用 L-Glutathione reduced (0.5 mM) 和 sevoflurane (3%) 处理 24 h,使用 TUNEL 染色检测细胞凋亡。 结果:补充减少的 L-Glutathione reduced 降低了 sevoflurane 对 NSCs 凋亡的影响。[1]
