靶点活性

LDHA (HeLa cells):23.3 μM|LDHA (HeLa cells):23.3 μM|DU145 cells:32 ± 1.1 μM|LDHA:8 μM(Ki)|PC3 cells:27 ± 1.1 μM

体内活性

FX-11(每只小鼠42 μg;腹腔内注射,每日一次,持续10-14天)显著抑制P493肿瘤生长。[1] FX-11(0-2 mg/kg,腹腔内注射,每日一次,为期3周)显著延缓肿瘤生长。[2]

体外活性

FX-11(9 μM,24-48小时)诱导AMP激酶激活以及其底物乙酰-CoA羧化酶的磷酸化。FX-11干扰P493细胞的糖酵解过程,并改变细胞能量代谢。[1] FX-11(0-100 μM,72小时)抑制BxPc-3和MIA PaCa-2细胞的增殖。[2]
