靶点活性

体内活性

FX-11（每只小鼠42 μg；腹腔内注射，每日一次，持续10-14天）显著抑制P493肿瘤生长。[1] FX-11（0-2 mg/kg，腹腔内注射，每日一次，为期3周）显著延缓肿瘤生长。[2]

体外活性

FX-11（9 μM，24-48小时）诱导AMP激酶激活以及其底物乙酰-CoA羧化酶的磷酸化。FX-11干扰P493细胞的糖酵解过程，并改变细胞能量代谢。[1] FX-11（0-100 μM，72小时）抑制BxPc-3和MIA PaCa-2细胞的增殖。[2]
