靶点活性

Tonic contractions (high K+-induced):0.30 mM|Tonic contractions (chenylephrine-induced):0.38 mM

体外活性

测量了包括生物量、F(v)/F(m)(PSII最大光化合效率)、Φ(PSII)(光照条件下PSII的实际光化学效率)、FDA和PI染色荧光等参数。结果显示:(1) 随着暴露浓度的增加,对生物量的抑制作用增强。1 mg/L的Ethyl cinnamate足以减少C. vulgaris的总生物量。48小时和72小时的EC50值分别为2.07 mg/L(1.94-2.20)和1.89 mg/L(1.82-1.97)。(2) 在2-4 mg/L Ethyl cinnamate暴露24小时后,C. vulgaris的光合作用几乎停止,表现为DΦ(PSII)接近零。在4 mg/L Ethyl cinnamate暴露72小时后,C. vulgaris的Fv/Fm降至零。(3) Ethyl cinnamate也影响了C. vulgaris的细胞生理,但这些影响导致的是细胞产量的抑制而非细胞死亡[1]。
