体外活性

Ermanin（3.25、6.25、12.5 及 25 μM）对 LPS 诱导的 RAW 264.7 细胞中 iNOS 和 COX-2 表达的调节作用。Ermanin 使 LPS 诱导的 COX-2 及 iNOS 表达分别下降了94 ± 0.5% 和 94 ± 0.5%，其 IC50 分别为 1.68 μM 和 6.70 μM。[1]
