Endoplasmic Reticulum Lectin 1 (ERLEC1)is also named as C2orf30, XTP3TPB. It may function in endoplasmic reticulum quality control and endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) of both non-glycosylated proteins and glycoproteins. ERLEC1 has 3 isoforms with MW of 54 kDa, and can be detected as 50-55 kDa.
