体外活性

DIDS (<400 μM) 对细胞活性无明显毒剧效应。以100及200 μM浓度预处理DIDS能有效预防ALA-SDT引起的细胞死亡,而50 μM剂量则无抑制效应。100 μM DIDS预处理显著抑制caspase-3和caspase-9的激活[2]。
