体内活性

Cholesteryl Hemisuccinate(100 mg/kg;ip;AAP前单次给药)在ICR小鼠(CD-1)中消除了AAP引起的凋亡和坏死,用于组织学和生化诊断。[1]

体外活性

Cholesteryl Hemisuccinate (0-1000 μM) 抑制了MCF-7和MCF-10A细胞的生长。[3]
