体外活性

所有细胞系的增殖和细胞活性均被5μM CDC25B-IN-2处理所抑制。3天时的IC50值分别为HT1080细胞为1.7±0.1μM，MCF细胞为2.6±0.4μM，MDA-MB-231细胞为2.6±0.5μM，以及SKBR3细胞为2.4±0.4μM。此外，稳定过表达TMBIM6的HT1080细胞对CDC25B-IN-2表现出较高的敏感性。经CDC25B-IN-2处理24小时后，我们在过表达TMBIM6的HT1080细胞中通过凝胶过滤分析实验，发现CDC25B-IN-2降低了TMBIM6与mTORC2之间的结合。
