体内活性

Bikinin直接抑制拟南芥GSK-3s的BIN2,且使油菜素类固醇依赖的基因表达激活。Bikinin对RD26的表达也有抑制作用,且在RD26pro:GUS中,其还抑制NaCl（150 mM）诱导的GUS活性。

体外活性

Bikinin对脱落酸信号输出有显著抑制作用,还对SnRK2.3的T180磷酸化及其体内激酶活性具有抑制作用.
