体内活性

Benzydamine显著降低术后咽喉痛(POST)的发生率。拔管后6小时,POST的发生率为17.0%。在气管插管(ETT)袖带上喷洒Benzydamine Hydrochloride是一种减少POST的发生率和严重程度的简单方法。[2]
