ATAD5, also named as C17orf41 and FRAG1, is involved in DNA damage response. It plays a role in PCNA deubiquitination. ATAD5 regulates the cycle of DNA replication factories. ATAD5 has two isoforms with MW 208 kDa and 135 kDa.
