体内活性

在SD大鼠中,Ac-YVAD-cmk处理(1 μg;注射入左侧侧脑室)与ICH组相比,显著降低了caspase-1和成熟IL-1β/IL-18的蛋白水平[3]。Ac-YVAD-cmk(12.5 μmol/kg)显著减少了大鼠的死亡率,从83%降至33%[4]。

体外活性

Ac-YVAD-cmk(40和80 μM)在激活的小胶质细胞中降低了IL-1β和IL-18的表达[3]。
