In the PRESTO-Tango assay, 7-FluorotryptaMine HCl (100 μM) hydrochloride induces GPRC5A recruitment of β-arrestin.[1] Co-treatment with 7-FluorotryptaMine HCl (50 μM, 8 h) and TNFα downregulates TNFα-induced genes (e.g., IL41A, CXCL10, CSF2) in WT and GPRC5A-KO cells [1]. 7-FluorotryptaMine HCl (0-100 μM, 16 h) is not toxic to mammalian cells (HTLA, HT-29 cells).[1]
