体外活性

4'-Methoxyresveratrol 显著减弱了NOD样受体含有吡啶结构域3(NLRP3)炎症小体的激活,包括NLRP3和裂解的caspase-1,并减少了成熟IL-1β的分泌。4'-Methoxyresveratrol 的抗炎作用主要通过抑制RAGE介导的MAPK/NF-κB信号通路和NLRP3炎症小体激活来实现。4'-Methoxyresveratrol 可能成为治疗炎症相关疾病的新型化合物。
