体内活性

3-Oxo-5β-cholanoic acid (Dehydrolithocholic acid) (以0.3% (w/w)的浓度,经口服途径,连续使用1周)能显著降低回肠TH17细胞的比例[1]。

体外活性

处理3-Oxo-5β-cholanoic acid显著降低了RORγt报告基因的活性。3-Oxo-5β-cholanoic acid很可能通过与RORγt的物理相互作用来抑制TH17细胞的分化,并且抑制其转录活性。
