体内活性

在小鼠体内,1,4-DPCA有效抑制了盘内及其外表面的胶原蛋白沉积,并限制了结缔组织的生长。1,4-DPCA抑制了植入腹膜腔的多孔聚(乳酸-共-乙醇酸)盘中结缔组织的生长[3]。

体外活性

1,4-DPCA 显著降低了T4-2 (10 μM)和ZR-75-1细胞(20 μM)的集落大小和侵袭性分支。1,4-DPCA抑制了T4-2、ZR-75-1、MDA-MB-231细胞和MDA-MB-157[1]的增殖。在小鼠B6细胞中,1,4-DPCA特异性地增加了包括Hmox1和Vegfa在内的促血管生成目标基因的表达,以及包括Ldh-a、Pdk1、Glut1和Pgk1在内的促糖酵解目标的表达[2]。
