CRM1:100-500nM

体内活性

在白血病细胞中(IC50=100 nM-500 nM),KPT-185显着抑制细胞增殖。在AML细胞系和原发性AML母细胞中,KPT-185能够使细胞周期停滞,并诱导细胞凋亡。对于胰腺癌细胞,KPT-185抑制细胞的增殖,诱导细胞凋亡,但KPT-185不会影响人胰腺导管上皮细胞的生长。

Cells are seeded into 96-well plates and treated for 24, 48, and 72 hours with KPT-SINE at various concentrations ranging from 10 nM to 10 μM. Cell viability is evaluated using the cell proliferation reagent WST-1 according to the manufacturer's protocol. The absorbance of wells at 450 nm (reference wavelength, 650 nm) is measured with a microplate reader. (Only for Reference)
