星孢菌素刺激 HeLa细胞4.5 h

在SSC/FSC图中分析细胞群体:<br>X轴选择FITC-A,用来表示CL488-Annexin V。Y轴选择PE-A用来表示 。<br><br>上图中各个区域的含义：<br>Q1-UL：(CL488-Annexin V)-/PI+，此区域的细胞为坏死细胞。也可能有少数的晚期凋亡细胞在其中，甚至机械损伤的细胞也包含其中。<br>Q1-UR：(CL488-Annexin V)+/PI+，此区域的细胞为晚期凋亡细胞。<br>Q1-LR：(CL488-Annexin V)+/PI-，此区域的细胞为早期凋亡细胞。<br>Q1-LL：(CL488-Annexin V)-/PI-，此区域的细胞为活细胞。<br>通常统计细胞凋亡率时采用Q1-UR+Q1-LR，晚期凋亡＋早期凋亡群（即所有Annexin V阳性群）。

Green: Staining with CL488-Annexin V for Apooptotic cells or Early apoptotic cells;<br>Red: Staining with PI for Dead cells;<br>Yellow: double staining with CL488-Annexin V and PI for Necrotic cell or late apoptotic cells.

Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using the CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Phalloidin antibody, CL488-Phalloidin, at dilution of 1:400. The nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.

NIH3T3 mouse fibroblasts. 1:50 dilution of CoraLite® Plus 488-Phalloidin. Nuclei are stained with Hoechst 33342. Scale bar is 10 um. Images taken by Katarzyna Szymanksa-DeWijs from Hannover Medical School.
