Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue slide using 25027-1-AP (RELB antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

FC experiment of Jurkat using 25027-1-AP
1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Human RELB (25027-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.5 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
WB analysis using 25027-1-AP
Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25027-1-AP (RELB antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
IF Staining of HeLa using 25027-1-AP
Immunofluorescent analysis of HeLa cells using 25027-1-AP (RELB antibody) at dilution of 1:25 and Rhodamine-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG.

RELB, also named as Transcription factor RelB, is a 579 amino acid protein, which contains one RHD domain. RELB localizes in the nucleus and cytoplasm. RELB is a pleiotropic transcription factor which is present in almost all cell types and is involved in many biological processed such as inflammation, immunity, differentiation, cell growth, tumorigenesis and apoptosis.
